One-to-One Therapy

Getting life back on track

My one-to-one sessions are focused on helping you create tools and develop effective strategies that you can take away from the very first session. Areas and issues I have worked on with clients include: Anger Management, Stress Management, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Self-esteem and Self-confidence Issues, LGBT, Meditation and Mindfulness Training, Personal Growth, Career Counselling, Relationship Issues, Chronic Pain, and more.
