One-to-One Therapy

Getting life back on track

My one-to-one sessions offer a reflective, collaborative space to explore the challenges you're facing and what might be holding you back from living in a way that feels meaningful and authentic. While I draw on practical tools and therapeutic strategies where helpful, the focus is always on working with you as a whole person – not just a set of symptoms or problems.

Some of the areas I commonly work with include grief and loss, anxiety, existential concerns, relationship difficulties, identity and direction, and personal growth. Currently, all my sessions are conducted online.

Like anything worthwhile, a relationship takes time, effort and commitment to thrive. A relationship isn't about "you" or "me" - it's about "us", and how we can work together to invest in a connection that's loving, supportive, caring and nurturing. Every relationship has its challenges: it's not about being perfect; it's about making space for each other, understanding and growing together.

I offer talks and workshops that support people in managing stress, staying grounded, and reconnecting with what matters in everyday life. These sessions are practical and down-to-earth, with space for reflection, conversation, and insight.
